Sometimes, it comes from third parties with a connection to the person. The type of information collected will vary considerably depending on the nature of the arrangements with BCFG and the person’s connection with the arrangements. It may include identity information about- · Name, address and current contact details; · Date of birth, driver’s licence particulars, etc; · Employment and/or business history; and · Financial circumstances, income and history. BCFG will not disclose any identifier (such as tax file number), which has been assigned by any government agency, except as required by law to do so. BCFG is committed to ensuring that all information held is accurate, up to date and complete, and it is the individuals responsibility to notify BCFG in writing when any details held are changed in any way, by any means.
